Bio

Cassidy Jay is a professional multi instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, composer, producer, and audio engineer with 20+ years of experience. Throughout his years he has been both a solo artist and a member of various bands. He has delved deep into the study and practice of creating and playing music with an emphasis on song composition, as well as the art of improvisation and using intuition as a guiding force for articulating musical expression. His journey in music has seen many phases of study in learning different instruments such as six and seven string guitar, baritone guitar, bass guitar, drums, hand percussion, piano and voice. He continues his growth with all of the aforementioned instruments while recording in his home studio, always striving to push himself to the next level both technically and creatively. As a composer he’s always working on new pieces of music and has written over 100 songs on various instruments and for a myriad of projects. His goal as a musician is to distill everything he has learned from his experiences in an effort to explore uncharted territory in the music realm and to share the discoveries with the world. Cassidy hopes to uplift and inspire all who listen to his music.
